UML’s decision to hold the 10th General Convention from 2 to 6 November

Kathmandu. The tenth general convention of the CPN-UML is scheduled to be held from November 19 to 20. Madhav Nepal’s side was not present at the meeting. Today’s meeting has dismissed the posts of vice president, deputy general secretary and secretary. At the same time, there will be no office bearers in the UML except the chairperson and general secretary. The responsibility of the spokesperson has been given to Pradip Kumar Gyawali.
The meeting has decided to make 23 leaders, including Ram Bahadur Thapa, who came to UML from the CPN-Maoist Center, members of the UML Central Committee. Thapa has also been given the responsibility of in-charge of the Bagmati Pradesh Committee. Similarly, the party has decided to hold its 10th general convention from November 2 to 6. KP Sharma Oli’s party has made important decisions in the first central committee meeting of the CPN-UML. On Friday, the first central committee meeting of the re-established CPN-UML in Baluwatar was completed by Madhav Nepal.
