Agency. Studies have shown that the risk of heart attack or stroke is three times higher in the first two weeks after recovery from corona virus (Covid-19) infection. A study published in the medical journal The Lancet found that the risk of a heart attack or stroke tripled in two weeks after the corona recovered. The researchers compared the risk of heart attack or stroke in Sweden with 86,742 infected people and 348,481 non-infected people.
